• Job Details:* Supporting workshop, customers & dealers with needed requirements. * Managing replenishments & stock control. * Reporting weekly, monthly & annual sales flow on various spare parts & accessories. * Observing & reporting ETA of Sea/Air freight & DHL shipments arrival. * Making Purchase requisitions with studied quantities of various spare parts & accessories. * Supervising warehouse keepers to assure accurate & speed delivery. * Deal with identifying new part numbers on company system. * Deal with backorders & inspect the validity of returned parts. * Keep tracking & reporting any escalations concerning customers or warranty procedures. * Responsible of retail & direct sales. * Participation in inventory audits.
