• Job Details:-Responsible for concrete works in 10 villas starting from the foundation till the top floor for the building (Basement, Ground floor, 1st floor,Stairs and Rooftop) -Responsible for all finishing works after concrete (Masonry, Plaster, Plumbing, Electricity, Flooring including ceramics and marble, Water Insulation with chemicals and 4mm Membrane,False Ceiling, Air conditioning, Painting, etc..) -Responsible for executing 10 swimming pools starting from excavation works and all concrete works (PC, RC, Walls, Overflow) -Responsible for all finishing works inside the swimming pools including (Insulation for PC, Insulation for RC and walls, testing, plaster and Mosaic flooring and for walls with all electricity and mechanical works, Marble works for overflow for ensuring proper overflow of water in the swimming pools.) -Responsible for Landscape work including ( Concrete works for retaining walls, Ramps and Stairs) -Responsible for Landscape finishing works including marble for flooring and for walls with all mechanical works for sanitary. -Responsible for weekly reports including quantity surveying for all works. -Responsible for coordinating works ensuring proper flow of works without counteracting each other and smooth execution and timeline. -Responsible for contacting sub-contractors and pricing and executing according to timeline. -Responsible for managing junior engineers offering proper guidance and proper flow of work.
