Group Talent Acquisition Section HeadFull Time
- Job Details:• Participate in developing and implementing the HR sector strategy, including a talent acquisition policy for the group to ensure the hiring of talented candidates. • Design & Manage talent acquisition processes that ensure consistent and high-quality hiring across the group. • Managing the group’s workforce planning to ensure appointment dates and budgeted costs. • Developing and managing a talent acquisition budget for the group to ensure optimal utilization of assigned costs. • Managing the talent acquisition process for Managerial positions from the beginning until the candidate is appointed to ensure the appointment process is implemented on time. • Manage the talent acquisition process for all legal entities within a group of companies. • Managing internal transfer within the group to ensure quality process. • Managing hiring relationships with business units to ensure efficiency and effectiveness processes. • Supervising and executing talent acquisition processes and policies within the group by the workforce plan to ensure the quality of procedures. • Oversees and ensures the achievement of recruitment needs according to the manpower plan. • Evaluating the annual recruitment plan according to the management objectives and integrating it with the organizational structure to enhance the recruitment process efficiency within the group. • Collaborate with senior management and department heads to identify hiring needs and develop workforce planning strategies. • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and recommend improvements. • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes, tools, and techniques to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. • Preparing and presenting regular reports on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes to the HR Director.
Senior Recruitment & TrainingFull Time
- Job Details:▪ Participate in Planning, developing, and implementing the HR management and development strategy, including recruitment and selection policy, training, and development. ▪ Participate in developing and achieving the monthly and annual recruitment and training plan and work on reviewing it and ensuring its implementation. ▪ Managing the Manpower plan annually and working on it. ▪ Managing and driving the recruitment team, setting clear goals, and developing all recruitment efforts and selection. ▪ Supervising the recruitment team and providing reporting on their performance. ▪ Responsible for Preparing all Job offers. ▪ Responsible for onboarding for all Managerial positions. ▪ Conduct exit interviews with employees about the reasons for leaving the job, and prepare the report. ▪ Responsible for reviewing with the Com& Ben department all salaries of new employees monthly. ▪ Assist to build a recruitment budget and training Cost. ▪ Responsible for the preparation of all ISO and internal Audits. ▪ Monitoring and executing the company's annual training plans, and following them up on training needs. ▪ Participate in developing training plans by analyzing information and data on training needs. ▪ Contribute to the implementation of the company's annual training plan, and implement it according to training needs. ▪ Responsible for managing financial affairs for Recruitment & Training. ▪ Responsible for preparing all monthly and yearly reports. ▪ Reporting to Recruitment & Training Manager.
Group Senior Recruitment & ODFull Time
- Job Details:▪ Design and implement a Recruitment strategy. ▪ Reviewing and updating the Manpower plan. ▪ Developing Recruitment process & Recruitment sources. ▪ Arrange the induction program for the new joining employees with the HODs and conduct the orientation for them. ▪ Responsible for the onboarding process of new employees to ensure their full integration into the company. ▪ Use Metrics to create weekly/monthly reports and identify areas of improvement accordingly. ▪ Conduct exit interviews and prepare a monthly report. ▪ Lead the recruitment and selection processes for all positions and advise managers on all aspects of the process. ▪ Supervise the hiring process from hiring documents until the orientation day. ▪ Responsible for updating organization chart and job descriptions, and creating HR policies for all groups. ▪ Responsible for Implementing OD activities such as (HR Calendar, HR Authority Matrix & Services Legal Agreement, Administrations process, Services Legal Agreement, Manpower Classification, MBO). ▪ Implement Employee-Relations Programs (Employee of the Month - Implement Labor Day). ▪ Reporting to Group HR Manager.
