• Job Details:Conduct a good study of the market and determine the position of competing companies and institutions. Arranging and recording all data related to purchase operations according to the specified records. Bring samples of the items to be purchased from the market to inspect them with the requesting party before deciding on the purchase. Follow up on the arrival of items and ensure that they conform to the specifications stated in the purchase order, in coordination with the warehouses and the ordering party. Follow up with the warehouse department regarding issuing entry vouchers for received materials and working to pay suppliers’ invoices in a timely manner. Follow up on supply on late orders. Preparing periodic reports on the company's purchases. Get rid of unnecessary stored items.
