• Job Details:Responsible for developing a new web operation system for Setcore KSA operation department. • Building a VBA program to decrease 80% of Invoicing Department processing timing and to insure the accuracy of the invoicing team output . • Building a VBA program that supports the Drill Pipe Management to get succeeded in managing, Control, Distribute, trace and generate reports for their pipes management that decreased more than 90% of their timing and effort. • Building a VBA code to that reduced 90% of Drilling pipes operation supervision time and efforts of building and summarizing the operation team working hours, protectors inventory, pipes inventory, rig side inventory and pipes process status. • Building a VBA code to help Quality Control management to trace their tools expiry dates. • Building a VBA code that enabled the Quality Management to extract more than 6,000 quality control related scanned reports in less than a minute. • Building a VBA code to help HR department to manage it’s employees rotational administrating.
