• Job Details:Scrum Master StingRay Consultation at STC, Riyadh - KSA: May 2020 – Current My duties at STC: • Maintain the scrum team capacity plan, scrum board, sprint backlog, burn down charts for iRAFM IT Department. • Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. • Responsible for coordination between teams and serve as customer’s single point of contact to eliminate any related issues and concerns to maintain excellent communication with all Stakeholders. • Manages day-to-day activities and provide updates and progress on a consistent basis to various stakeholders. • Ensure resource availability and allocation. • Report and escalate to management as needed. • Highlight and manage risks and issues proactively and establish mitigation procedures. • Follow-up team KPIs and ensure achieving it. • Reviews with management project proposals to determine time frame, procedures for accomplishing the project, staff requirements, and allocation of available resources. • Lead the project team to deliver project implementation service to the customer. • Responsible for the implementation plan and the deliverables of the projects & organizing final acceptance and project handover. • Managing RAID8 Upgrade OILS & Mobileum Control Fixing over “RAID 8” project.

Senior Resident EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Senior Resident Engineer, BMC at Mobily, Riyadh - KSA: March 2018 – Feb 2020 My duties at Mobily: • Manage and operate DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) nodes from Sandvine including PRE, PIC & PSM) • Manage daily operational duties such as troubleshooting customer complaints and taking part in maintenance activities. • Handle end user complaints on DPI related services within SLA & work closely with 3rd line support to solve customers’ complains. • Perform periodic testing to ensure signature bundle deployment with proper applications traffic categorization. • Keep track of the updated applications for any change in their traffic pattern & fix the same. • Analyze, prepare and submit DPI Performance reports periodically including daily, weekly, monthly & annual reports. • Create customer reports depending on specific events such as Hajj & Riyadh Seasons.

Resident EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Resident Engineer, BMC at Mobily, Riyadh - KSA: January 2014 – February 2018 My duties at Mobily: • Managing & Coordinating the Rollout of FACS “FTTH Automatic Configuration Server” existence and new project phases. • Prepare & Perform project phases UATs. • Handling delivery of Project documentations (HLD, LLD, etc...). • Manage and operate FACS systems functionality, daily operation & maintenance, end to end troubleshooting over the network. • Deal with 24/7 calls from Mobily FTTH NOC, Customer Care, etc.… whenever any L1 issue is raised. • Handle end user complaints on related services within SLA. • Work closely with 2nd line support to solve customers’ complains. • Prepare and submit activity & Performance reports for FACS System and day to day operations (daily, weekly, monthly, and on demand). • Prepare implement and rollback plan and call a review meeting for configuration request. • Participate in application integration with other network elements. • Ensure SLAs/OLAs are in alignment with best practice and capable of delivering services within agreed upon timeframes. • Deal with all FTTH customer requests (Firmware upgrade Campaigns, Pushing configuration Campaigns, Purge FACS unneeded records, etc...). • Provide application-level training to FACS users.
