• Job Details:Dealing with the shipment from A to Z started from taking the price from the shipping line, then booking the shipment with the shipping line at the agreed upon price, informing and following up on the transport, and finally dealing on a platform called the Customs Nafeza, opening Certificate 46, and following up on what happens. •Dealing with suppliers who provided us with the Raw Material commodity & packaging materials •Dealing with freight forwarders, shipping lines, truckers and clearance brokers outsource •Getting booking from shipping line •Following trucking and clearance. •Following drafts, invoices, telex release or original Bill of lading with shipping lines. •Preparing customs formalities, C/O and dragging on customs site. •Preparing documentation work commercial invoices, packing lists and C/O •Following FORM 13. •Filling all shipments documents soft and hard copy.
