About the Project: - The module mainly consists of 6 Tanks with a diameter of 110 meters and a height of 22 meters. Each tank within the tank farm is designed to provide a total net storage capacity of 1.1 Million Barrels of crude oil (175,000 M3) and the tanks farm also contains its corresponding utility systems and infrastructure. The project awarding value EGP 1.4 Billion. Main Duties and Responsibilities Following-up and monitoring for timely completion of the project. Monitoring daily progress rates for 7 subcontractors (5 for mechanical works and 2 for civil works) and calculating averages for each sub-contractor. Revising baseline schedules presented by the 7 subcontractors and negotiate about the best and reasonable activities relationships and resources histograms to achieve the lowest and safest durations for the executed activities. Creating a revised schedule and excel control sheets for baseline and revised schedules using Primavera P6. Co-ordinates and manages all project construction & commissioning planning, monitoring, and control related issues with the client/sub-contractors/executing parties. Establish an action plan for planning deliverables. Prepare and implement necessary tools/methods to effectively monitor and control project construction progress, schedule & resources, so as to ensure the efficient and timely achievement of project milestones/key dates. Periodic update of planning package, progress reports, monitoring package incoordination, and communication with various executing parties. Processes and analyses planning, and project control-related data/results. Communicate project status to all concerned, follow up concerns until corrective action is taken. Regular site visits for progress follow up. Identify potential problems, initiate early warnings, and alerts with proposed corrective actions. Attends meetings (Client, sub-contractors, and Internal) Ensure accuracy, neatness, and timely issuance of deliverables.

About the Project: - The project mainly consists of 3 identical trains, each train contains of 2 vessels with a diameter of 2.5 M and height of 10 M, the train also includes three skids and 2 filters with interconnected piping systems. The purpose of the project is to remove mercury from the LNG process cycle. The project awarding value EGP 11 Million. Main Duties and Responsibilities Created baseline schedule for the project using Primavera P6. Originated excel control sheet for accurate tracing of project execution. Monitored day to day, weekly and monthly progress. Attended owner and follow up on the agreed plans. Followed up the fabrication processes for the 6 vessels, the 9 skids, and the interconnected piping networks in the central workshop. About the Project: - The project mainly consists of 2 tanks with a diameter of 10 M and a height of 10 M, 2 vertical vessels, 1 horizontal vessel,16 pump, and 4 pipelines with a total length of 16 KMs. The purpose of the project is to inject water inside wells to lift heavy oils up based on density difference and pump them into the operating station. Main Duties and Responsibilities Followed-up and monitored for timely completion of the project. Day-to-day monitoring work progress for the project and provide accurate weekly and monthly reports by swiftly communicating potential progress delays or project slippages. Tracked and analyzed field results. Continually make comparisons between planned progress and actual progress and report any differences to the project manager. Coordinated between project disciplines. (Civil, mechanical, and electrical). Updated histogram for manpower and equipment list for best maneuvering to achieve the highest progress rate with the available resources. Attended meetings with Owner / Client and follow up the agreed plans. Monitored engineering drawings, documents, transmittals, and emails to keep planning and other project departments updated to new project events. Scheduled shutdown activities for Tie-In 90 & 91 (Alam Elshaweesh, and Agiba Pipelines connected to BED-3). Originated recovery plan and crashed schedule using Primavera P6 to absorb delays due to unforeseen events and some changes outside the control of the project management team. - Job Details:BP West Nile Delta Onshore Gas Development Project (Mar.2018 – Feb.2019) Owner: - British Petroleum BP Client: - Bechtel Oil, Gas & Chemical, Inc. Location: - Idku, Egypt About the Project: - When fully on-stream in 2019, combined production from all three phases of the West Nile Delta project is expected to reach up to almost 1.4 billion cubic feet per day (bcf/d), equivalent to about 20% of Egypt’s current gas production. All the gas produced will be fed into the national gas grid. The project awarding value USD 1.8 Billion. Main Duties and Responsibilities Achieved 3 fluid packages were re-instated 1 week earlier than planned and Maintained the highest progress area for 8 consecutive weeks with zero accidents for consecutive 3 months. Offered a solution to solve a civil construction mistake that affected the elevation of 12 piping networks by lengthening the pipe shoes towards down by cutting and welding extra steel plates in the middle of the pipe shoes and the solution was accepted after passing the stress analysis test conducted by Bechtel’s team. Conducted daily toolbox talk and providing safety awareness to the crewmembers. Lead the erection of piping networks in the PAJB (Northern tanks area, the area includes 4000 linear meters of different sizes of pipes, materials C.S and S.S). Lead 2 teams of labors with the help of 1 supervisor (each team consists of 1 pipefitter, 2 welders, 1 rigger, and 1 grinder), and one crane of the capacity of 50 tons to maintaining progress of 50-65 linear meters per week Executed the erection of piping networks in the PAGA (the area divided into 13 sections, includes 16000 linear meters of piping networks of different piping sizes and materials C.S, S.S, Galvanized) in coordination with other 3 engineers, 5 supervisors, keeping the progress rate between 350-450 linear meter per week. Managed and followed-up 12 teams to erect the pipe supports in the PAGA area. Followed up the execution of the scaffolding works. Assure the work is carried out as per P & ID’s, layouts drawings & isometrics. Countered checking by Isometric/Piping plan for the spools erected in the correct location, orientation, alignment, and plumpness. Acquiring / maintaining as-built information for pipe installations & Coordinated with other disciplines in the site. Assisted the design department in solving piping modification and technical problems in the field. Ensured that all punch list items are resolved; client handover is satisfactorily concluded. Checked welding quality before handover to QC. Attended owner/client meetings and followed up on the execution of the agreed plans. Reported the progress on a daily and weekly basis. Coordinated with electrical and civil teams to administer all assignments. Been in charge of night shift (for somedays) to lead teams in different areas with different tasks to be executed before the end of the night shift.
