Senior Accounts Payable AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:- Follow Up with all suppliers, all accounts payable and down payment. - Process checks on due date after taking approval from the financial director. - Review vendor’s invoices, matches it with Pos, receiving notes and matches it on system . - Responsible for tax deduction from suppliers. - Analysis of accounts payable and supplier’s down payments. - Prepares outstanding accounts payable balance • - Prepare all other payments checks like ( water – gas – electricity – advertising – hotels accommodation -………..) . - Prepares all reports for withholding tax. - Follow up prepaid expenses and accrued expenses per month. - Enter journal entries on the system. - Review and post all the transactions related to assets. - Follow up all advances and analyze it. - Reconcile for all suppliers accounts. - Reconcile bank account. - Monthly physical count for stock items. - Prepare and enter general ledger journal enters and adjustments. - Monthly expenses analysis. - Assists and coordinates with the internal and external auditors.

AccountantFull Time
