• Job Details:A) Analysis - Monthly analysis of Actual costs versus plan and forecast (Budget Control) - Compare actual CAPEX expenditure monthly compared to plan and forecast - Prepare cash flow for the next three months and Compare it to actual, plan and forecast - Handling daily purchase requests and expense sheets compared to budget, approval hierarchy and allocation of expense accounts and Cost centers. - Preparing Sales Profitability report. (By Customer, Article, Area, and Brand GM analysis.) - Dormant and Slow moving analysis monthly and its provision - Forex accounts analysis monthly and shows the category of gain or loss. - Review for audited financial statements and tax return annually and Compare it with the Company TB and analyze the adjustments and classifications. - Handling Daily Purchase requests and manual expense sheets in respect of budget, account and cost center allocations B) Planning - Prepares actual data analysis annually and quarterly to help in building the new plan. - Prepare Capex planning expenditure and depreciation for the plan and forecast. - Uploading plan and forecast data to SAP. C) Costing - Collecting the Data for last purchase prices for each material in the production process and its last additive costs and building the new standard costing per item. - Providing standard cost for new created material - Creating the general prices for new products D) Taxes - Review and prepare the sales tax (form 10) report and WHT (form 41) report to be submitted to tax authority - Handling all tax inspection requirements needed - Deferred tax calculations annually - Prepare and create the annual income tax report (form 28) - Doing Provision analysis monthly report. (For each provision movement and its reasons. - Preparing Withholding tax 20% for outside transfer payments and analysis. (art. 56) - The calculation of the reverse commissioning and fill form 111 - Handling Sales tax, Payroll tax, income tax, stamp tax and property taxes inspections and payments.
