• Job Details:1. Responsible for monitoring the security operations for the company; 2. Implement security policies, regulations, rules, and norms and make sure that the environment is safe for employers and visitors; 3. Develop and direct organizational safety and security strategy; 4. Oversees the implementation of efforts to minimize loss; 5. Enhance security and create business opportunity through the control of risk; 6. Serve as the lead internal safety and security consultant for the company ; 7. Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of the safety and security teams; 8. Develop an implementation plan customized to meet the needs of the distribution centers; 9. Oversee execution of all warehousing and logistics-related activities needed to ensure that all Ready Refresh vehicles have the product needed to service customers on a daily basis; 10. Supervise frontline leaders (2 security managers and 2 safety managers), including assigning teams (100 supervisors for security and safety) , and responsibilities, and managing escalations; 11. Foster sense of accountability and teamwork. responsible for monitoring the security operations for the company.
