• Job Details:During my time in Avaya I worked on Multiple projects: • Avaya Social Connections – Worked on a micro service based product which provides Social Media Capabilities to Avaya Experience Platform (CCaaS solution). – Gained knowledge in Kubernetes to perform upgrades, rollbacks, scaling up/down and HPA. – Integrated services with Datadog metrics for reporting. – Performed analyses on all micro‑services of the product to achieve Zero Down Time, Elastic Scaling and Resiliency. – Provided guidance to other team members on development tasks. • Avaya Insights: – Worked on a widget application to show Agent performance metrics using Springboot and Angular. – Implemented new features on the widget by interfacing with Avaya Analytics over Kafka and Websockets to consume Real‑time performance data. – Containerized the application for easier deployment using Docker Compose. – Deployed and Maintained deployments of the application on customer environments. • Avaya Social Media Hub: – Developed the Instagram connector to add connectivity between Instagram and Avaya Social Media Hub. – Introduced BDD to the product using Cucumber.js. – Integrated the Avaya Social Media Hub with existing Avaya Contact Center Software. – Introduced Centralized logging features to the application using Syslog and Elastic Stack.

• Job Details:• Worked in Development of Avaya Social Media Hub to connect Avaya Oceana Solution to Social media platforms Using Ruby on Rails, React.js and Node.js. • Interfaced with Social media API (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) to interact with customers on registered social media accounts. • Built a background job scheduling system using Sidekiq to perform processing on incoming customer interactions.
