Logistics Supervisor Full Time

• Job Details:o Handling of all import and re-export shipments beginning from coordination, correspondences, receiving shipping docs from vendor, airlines, shipping line and banks. o Checking the shipping documents (Bill of lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, Certificate of origin and Certificate of origin) with vendor to ensure applying Customs Regulations and Law regarding them. o Follow up the transportation to ensure delivering the shipment to our warehouse in agreed time. o Coordination with Quality team for booking of inspection and arrangements of SASO (COC) o Issue/prepare shipping documents according to L/C , CAD ,AGD .. –if any- per each shipment. o Submit weekly reports for all orders with actual lead time versus target. o Issue different reports about customers, claims, shipments status & achieved plans. o Making sure all the inbound shipments meeting the standards of Saudi customs like SASO (COC) and other legalized/Chambered documents. o Responsible for Customs Clearance of all inbound shipments, follow up with brokers for in time clearance. o Follow up the shipments with brokers on daily basis. o Reviewing subcontractor invoices to ensure matching with agreed rate. o Looking for new brokers with best rate than we have to increase the profitability with same quality. o Checking shipment file after releasing to ensure that we have full copy of the customs declaration o Follow up reimbursement of the invoices by coordinating with accounting department. o Follow up all clearance in import and export and solve all problems efficiently. o Prepare meeting with brokers to discuss the disputed invoices if any. o SAP: Creation and following up of shipments, IB (Inbound deliveries) and costing with receiving team. Segregation of EDI and NON EDI vendors o Revising the core database for all shipments of the company through the program (SAP).
