• Job Details:Control Tower Specialist Implant Role At Mondelez International - Facilitate communication between Mondelez Logistics Team’s key account and the DSV operations team. - Lead and ensure alignment between cross-functional teams, including Mondelez CS&L, warehouse teams, DSV Operations, and Customs Agents. - Oversee, tracking and management of all containers related to Mondelez. - Follow up on Mondelez's customers inquiries in the export process. - Manage the company’s shipping operations, including coordinating with shipping lines filing customs documentation. - Ensure on-time delivery of finished products and address occasional shipment and documentation issues. - Coordinate shipments by performing administrative and logistics tasks related to product shipment, release, and delivery. - Provide weekly reports detailing inquiries and shipment updates. - Play a main role in drawback process, linking between all the parties in the process such as customs authorities, industrial authorities, and mondelez egypt.
