• Job Details:➢ Communicate with Head of PM and presales team to understand the project being evaluated to ensure that the successful bid will be managed successfully. ➢ Work with contracts team to review client contract before signing to ensure implementation risks are mitigated. ➢ Work with technical managers to ensure that proper skills are available and ready for mobility before kick-off. ➢ Manage the handover process from bidding team to operations team to ensure the proper kick-off of the project. ➢ Assist in definition of SOW and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. ➢ Prepare the detailed time schedule in coordination with all stakeholders including the PM of the client. ➢ Ensure that all risks are identified, and applicable action plan(s) is acknowledged by all and ready if applicable. ➢ Ensure that the project’s overall objectives, targets at various key stages, and individuals’ responsibilities are clearly communicated and understood by all concerned parties. ➢ Monitor the progress of the project and manage the day-to-day activities to ensure successful delivery. ➢ Represent Giza Systems in all meetings and communications with client representatives. ➢ Ensure continuous and periodical communication between all stakeholders of the project to ensure that the delivery is on time, within scope and within budget. ➢ Proactively manage all challenges and issues that might be raised in the middle of the project to ensure satisfaction of client. ➢ Coordinate with procurement, purchasing and logistics all material ordering and delivery considering all logistics aspects mentioned in the contract. ➢ Review and undertake quality assurance on all client deliverables prepared by the team before they are sent to the client, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications

• Job Details:Jotun phase 2 Factory project Owner: Elmohandes Jotun. Consultant: Cosmos Consultant Main Contractor: Hassan Allam Construction. Project start Date: 25/3/2021 & Finish Date: 24/4/2022. Duties: -  Administrate the project`s contract.  Determine the project stakeholders and their level of power & interest.  Creating the project organization chart and take approval from OD and HR.  Develop project management plan (Scope, Cost, Schedule, Communication, Procurement, …etc).  Leading the project team toward the defined project goals.  Ensure any deviation to the project is clearly defined and well analyzed.  Define and optimize resource allocation to the project by assigning tasks and missions.  Secure task execution subcontracted to internal or external subcontractor as well as site activities: Civil, Electrical and Mechanical and reaching agreement on cost targets with project purchasing.  Monitor and control progress against a baseline plan & allocate tasks and priorities as needed in order to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications with the required quality.  Update the project plans (Scope, Cost, Schedule, Communication, ...) based on the project progress/ status.  Monitor the project to be complied with legal regulations and relevant standards.  Manage and maintain customer satisfaction level to be with in the required level.  Preparing and holding project status meeting and reviews.  Preparing weekly reports to be submitted to operation director with the project status/ progress.  Manage changes to be submitted and approved by CCB before implementing.  Completing the final project and taking appropriate actions to close the project and transfer to the client.

• Job Details:El-Masaeed 220/66/22KV S/S & El-Sheikh Zwied 66/22KV S/S. Owner: Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company EETC. Project start Date: 25/10/2020 & Finish Date: 24/10/2021. Duties: -  Prepare the detailed project plan through meetings and workshops & provide resources required for the implementation of the projects, and measure budget to ensure the efficiency of the plan.  Ensure that the project’s overall objectives, targets at various key stages, and individuals’ responsibilities are clearly communicated and understood by all concerned parties.  Drive cost savings and value engineering to reduce overall project cost by negotiating and coordinating the most efficient use of in-house labor resources, equipment, and materials.  Follow up the progress of work at the sites with the project team on a weekly basis and ensures that the workflow running accordingly to the approved schedule plan in full compliance with the plans of safety and quality controls.  Manage financial aspects of contracts (payment applications, budget, fee payment, change orders, rental equipment, invoices, income /expenses, etc.) to protect company’s interests while maintaining a good relationship with vendors.  Leads creation and maintenance of the project plan. Works with the customer’s project management to coordinate major milestones and resolve schedule issues.  Monitors the project processes to identify opportunities for improving the project financial results based on project changes and events (schedule, scope, hindrances etc.) and initiates/takes action to obtain these.  Maintains customer’s satisfaction at acceptable levels and promptly resolves customer issues.  Effectively leads the implementation of productivity enhancing process changes related to project delivery.  Controls cost and maximize productivity through the utilization of effective tools, processes and products.  Partner with other Project Managers to ensure that the most effective utilization of resources.  Be the change management leader for team and aggressively implement agreed to initiatives.  Ensure applicable local and industry codes and standards are upheld.  Lead the closeout of the project to include financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, and training support completion through review of internal system information.
