• Job Details:•Manage and monitor ERP Apps Like (Sap, and Double Click). •(Sap, DC) Technical Administration. •Provide instructions and help the users. •Communicate with software suppliers to fulfill the organization's requirements. •SAP Management (Users and roles besides access permissions). •Follow up the full system cycle with all the departments and support users if needed. •Follow up and monitor the cloud servers for SAP and their infrastructure with our service provider (World-Posta).

• Job Details:•Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal system downtime and efficient operations. •Monitor and optimize system performance, enhancing security and operational efficiency through proactive configurations. •Provide comprehensive technical support, addressing software, hardware, and network connectivity issues via the Spiceworks cloud-based ticketing system. •Proficient in implementing and managing security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and antivirus software. •I am skilled in cloud technologies, virtualization, and server management with expertise in ESXI and VMware. •Set up and manage domain controllers and core services, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, and DHCP servers. •Administer printing solutions using YSoft software, managing printers and user quotas. •Manages company domains. •Oversee mail hosting services on the World-Posta platform, ensuring reliable email communication. •Manage file-sharing servers and user access permissions, ensuring secure and efficient data management. •Administer Kaspersky Antivirus across the organization, And FortiGate firewall. •Responsible for Data Center Management, including maintaining and operating switches, servers, and Network Video Recorders (NVRs). •Configure and manage network switches, including VLAN setup and inter-VLAN routing to optimize network segmentation and performance. •Implement and maintain Access Control Lists (ACLs) to enhance network security by regulating traffic flow and controlling access. •Enforce port security policies on switches to prevent unauthorized devices from accessing the network, ensuring secure connectivity.
