- Job Details:Collaborate with the recruitment specialist to ensure that information and data on new employees and the date of joining work are obtained in a timely manner, to finalize the procedures for creating and maintaining a special file for each employee in accordance with it, and work to update it. Follow up on the completion of the justifications for appointment, and warn of the need to complete them with workers and employees before receiving the work. Make declarations of receipt of work and employment contracts for new employees, ensure that they are signed, and send a copy of them to the recruitment specialist. Follow up and record the movement of attendance and departure daily, prepare a daily report thereon and apply the approved time monitoring system. Prepare warnings and notices of absence and approve them from the direct supervisor, implement disciplinary decisions in case of violations based on the decision of the competent authority, and follow up on the procedures for terminating the work of employees who leave the service. Participate in the preparation of the effects report monthly by unloading attendance and departure data and matching them with exit permits or permits and vacations. Implement the decisions of promotion, transfer and termination of service in accordance with the personnel affairs regulations and the group's system. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions or assignments. Responsible for reviewing the absence cases & take the required disciplinary action upon company policy. Responsible for posting the allowances and penalties. Assist in hiring and termination process and salaries transactions. Track employees' absences (regular / irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly. Receipt of penalties’ memos and ensure its conformity with the regulations and the investigations of the legal affairs and implement the normal administrative. Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
