• Job Details:• To be responsible to check all work permits issued. These permits are cold for any maintenance activities in the plant welding, grinding &crane entry which are hot permits .Other permits like excavation, confined space entry I check it also. The check means I insure all precautions &risk assessment mentioned are applied otherwise stop work. • TO check all scaffolding materials and erection in the site by reviewing its precaution :I stop the scaffold until workers correct it as I ask for get safe scaffold to work • To check all safety gears PPE (personnel protective equipment) of workers and their tools if accepted or not. • Issuing near misses, accident, investigation by formal reports • Holding safety meetings with workers about HAS issues • Trying to make first aids for injuries until they go to hospital • make all Types of training (fire fighting, PPE, Unsafe location and condition …) • Doing hard work in many shutdown cases where all said above may exist in the same day • Working on the implementation of the firefighting system design in the extensions and in the new construction line. • Developing, Implementing and administering aspects of occupational safety and health and aid policies. • Supervisory personal and submit daily reports on field safety, which include deficiencies noted and corrective actions instituted.
