• Job Details:o Oversee the production of the chocolate process and manage and optimize the production team. o Develop and implement production plans to meet sales plans. o Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, efficiency, and quality. o Analyze and improve production processes for quality enhancement and cost benefits. o Coordinate with maintenance to minimize machine downtime. o Optimize production processes to reduce waste and improve yield. o Maintain and enforce quality control standards, including GMP, Food Safety, and HACCP. o Conduct regular quality checks and address any defects or issues promptly. o Analyze various processes and applications to recommend process modifications for improvement. o Ensure the safety of manpower and production processes. o Calculating and reporting on production waste and cost. o Train and develop team members on production processes and quality standards.

Quality Control and Incoming Packaging Materials EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:o Responsible for Chocolate Factory Quality Control activities such as Operators’ trainings for SOPs, for product changeover procedures and required quality checks. o Responsible for incoming Packaging materials inspections such as incoming inspection tests and sampling plan and lead the machinability trials for new cost saving projects. o Work continuously with R&D packaging manager for cost saving projects and improve the quality and efficiency of the pack. o Discuss the Root cause analysis and Corrective action with the PM suppliers for E-incident and perform Supplier Evaluation through E incident analysis and 2nd party audits. o Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability. o Handles the market complaints with Go To Market quality team. o Support resolving customer product and package complaints by analysis to identify improvements. o Implement the Quality Management System, conduct deep analysis of KPIs and implement effective CAPA strategies to ensure compliance and improve overall quality performance. o Support changes to existing and new materials suppliers through activities that assure quality / hygienic control processes are in place and operating effectively. o Implement methods to inspect, test and evaluate precision, reliability and accuracy of processes, products, and production equipment. o Review all product quality aspects like planning, manufacturing methods and process specifications. o Implement FSMS to ensure the design and operation of (HACCP) plans, ensuring product safety on-site.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:o Lead the shift to achieve production plan and assure the compliance of the daily shop-floor activities to the company's certified systems. o Issue the daily production work order and assign the machinery according to the production plan. o Collaborate with other functions (Quality & Food Safety, Safety, Maintenance, Supply Chain/Logistics, P&O and Commercial) to ensure consistent product quality, safety, productivity, and reliability. o Check with warehouse for Raw and Packaging materials availability according to the daily plan. o Monitor, organize coordinate shop floor transactions to ensure plan fulfillment. o Plan for labor leaves and rotations in shifts. o Ensuring that all quality and Safety systems are in place to ensure the production of the products that are in line with Alahmady quality standards.
