• Job Details:• Plan , coordinate and lead the operation and maintenance for all mechanical utilities such as firefighting , fire alarm system , all the plumping activates and diesel generators • Maintain the facilities maintenance schedule • Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns • Maintain equipment and supplies ensure safe operation of the facility • Supervise execution of maintenance plans concerning preventive and corrective maintenance • Supervising the technicians staff • Inspect and troubleshoot equipment

• Job Details:• Expanding company existing client base • Submitting daily , weekly & monthly report about clients • Continues searching for new clients who could benefit from our products & generating leads through cold calls and outdoor visit • Implement selling plans & selling strategies to meet agreed sales target • understand customer requirements . Prepare & deliver technical presentations that recommend and explain products as their needs • Coordinating with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort • Negotiating tender and contract terms
