- Job Details:•Handling the Recruitment processes (White Collar - Blue Collar) according to the manpower budget plan, temporary staff & internships, preparing job descriptions, posting ads, conducting job interviews . •Administer various human resources policies and procedures for all employees; assist in development, implementation and provide counseling on HR policies and procedures. •Maintaining a safe and secure work environment, developing personal growth opportunities. Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. •Work and fostering relationships with internal departments’ heads to know and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications. •Add and develop the recruitment channels (internal and external) by encouraging the internal candidates to apply for open vacancies, dealing with different universities to hire their graduates, Job Fairs, and deal with online recruitment websites like Wuzzuf, Forasna, and OLX. •Communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals, Employee relations – Manage all details and coordination of disciplinary discussions, terminations, and investigations. Guide the leadership team on sensitive or complex matters and elevate to the appropriate staff when investigations are required. Ensure professionalism and confidentiality in all aspects of the role. •Participate in annual performance appraisal and succession planning process. •Collaborate with managers on corrective action, salary administration, attendance management, recognition programs, performance management, promotions, on boarding/exit programs. •Education and training – Ensure mandatory training and continuing education is complete and documented, including safety training, code of conduct, handbook training and certifications required. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, changes to regulations, new technology breakthroughs in HR, talent, and employment law. Recognizing company's main values. Conduct an employer brand audit, Use video, blog posts, photos, and slideshows for the company story awareness. Write an employer value proposition, Offer learning and development opportunities. Leverage current employees, Create a strong diversity and inclusion initiative. Cultivate a strong onboarding process.
