- Job Details:Duties and responsibilities: • Using other requirements gathering methods (e.g. customer interviews, process modeling, root cause analysis, decision analysis, JAD sessions etc.) • Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders. • Use Agile Scrum methodology to manage the project. • Currently managing 2 projects (Bursary Management systems & one Support project) • Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders. • Identifying the current- and future-state business processes • Creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications. • Facilitating design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution. • Liaise and communicate the system requirements to the necessary audiences e.g. testers, developers, business analysts. • Write business specifications that will enable business to obtain results and achieve goals • Draft Business cases, Project charter and interpreting customer business requirements • Ensuring the clients’ needs are met through effective control of time, cost and quality deliverables. • Manage and update Project register and risk register for all the assigned projects. • Update project status reports and provide feedback to the management and project owner • Proactively works with service management to report project status, identify opportunities for service improvement and uncovers potential risks with quality for escalation • Encourages the transfer of product knowledge and skills to the appropriate staff within the organization • Liaison between IT Service Provider and business users to ensure escalations were addressed and resolved within agreed service levels. • Ensured high customer satisfaction on all support related interactions by managing the team to the processes and standards outlined in Service SETA Quality Management System. • Update Customer Service Manuals and track Service Provider performance against agreed SLAs.
