• Job Details:• in the Egyptian International Shipping Agencies & Services (as agent for K-Line Shipping Line in Egypt) Started In Documentation Dept.-Export Sec. then in Sales Dept. as an export specialist and an Export Trades supervisor. 5 years starting time (01-01-2006 till 2011) and finally Sales Dept. as an import specialist and an Import Trades supervisor 4years till 2014 and finally Trades supervisor for import(K-Line) , export (K-Line) & freight forwarder marketing department till 28/02/2018. Participating in achieving business targets and increasing company’s market share through implementing marketing and sales techniques. • Developing business with key clients moving regular traffics & project cargo on K Line and approaching their inquiries & claims. • Identifying market opportunities through monitoring competitors' moves & conducting market studies & analysis on updates of trades movements, marine freight levels and carriers services. • Performing regular indoor/outdoor meetings with key clients to build up a strong relationship with each client adding value to company’s benefit. • Managing import and export traffics for cargo stuffed in dry van, reefer, & other special equipment. • Collaboration within commercial team and cooperation with other departments (Operation, Import & Export Documentation, Customer Service and Shipping Account) in order to achieve the team target and organization's goals. • Managing performance & on-job training of Cairo marketing team, conducting their annual appraisal, and training programs. • Regular meetings with Cairo team members and setting plans & general goals & movements for the team in accordance with Company’s business objectives & strategy. • Following up closely shipping & logistics conferences, fairs and other gatherings to keep up with business updates and explore potential scope of cooperation with new clients. • Weekly report to K- Line head quarter in London for the current market situation and progress. • Acting as a Quality Assurance Executive of ISO 9001/2015 Quality Management System.
