• Job Details:-Prepare Emergency plan for Site - HSE Reporting- Prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports- Prepare Key Performance Indicators - Follow up actions regarding action track items - Prepare risk analysis report - Participate to performance improvement and related monitoring. - Participate to Permit-to-Work system as HSE validation authority - Take part in Job Safety Analysis preparation. Audits and Inspections: - Perform regular inspection of main contractors facilities - Ensure that all safety materiel (including emergency one) is identified, registered and that Preventive Maintenance is performed as per either manufacturer instructions or specific Site instruction (frequency and procedures) and duly recorded through Maintenance software Environment, Health & Safety - Assisting in the development of HSE rules, - Maintaining records of all accidents which occurs, - Advising on personal protective equipment (PPE) Carrying out audits and inspections, - Making health and safety recommendations - Attending all safety meetings on a Daily basis to discuss any up normal situations - Participating in accident investigations & solving workers compliant - Promoting and monitoring compliance with HSE regulations Assisting in the training of New hires on unsafe acts and conditions. - Assisting in training new hires on unsafe conditions Passing around all contractor sites to discovering any violation of safety rules permit to work system – conduct weekly safety meeting –conduct daily STOP tour- perform task Co-ordinate with safety department to keep high housekeeping standard on site - conduct safety meeting emphasizing safe practices for prevention of fire hazards - carry out investigation of incidents, recommending on actions to prevent Reoccurrence and keep records to perform end of year statistics.
