• Job Details:- Solve issues for all computer systems within the company. and ensuring that services run smoothly - Monitoring efficiency as well as security measures taken against any vulnerabilities in the software used on a daily basis, ensuring safe operation in all departments. - Hold and Manage inventory of all laptops, desktops, printers, and internal numbers inside and outside the company for reference at any time. - Maintain and optimize company networks and servers. - Responsible for device and password management, data backup, and system security (e.g., user authorization, firewalls) installations, upgrades, and configurations of hardware and software. - Assess systems performance and recommend improvements. - Provide support during conferencing (MS Teams, Zoom, WebEx, etc.). - Maintain user PC including upgrades and configuration as needed. - Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests related to IT issues - Maintains technical documentation and service catalog on the installation of software, the configuration of hardware, and problem troubleshooting. - Keep computer systems running smoothly and ensure users get the maximum benefit from them. - Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications. - Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks - Support Users through multiple communication, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or solve problems. - Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems - Keep assets, information security, and control structures - Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions. - Handle escalated issues and follow up on outstanding issues promptly. - MS Active directory servers and all related services such as DNS, users, and computers. etc. - Responsible for IT inventory “Hardware and software”, backup Domain Controller, - DNS and DHCP on Windows Server 2012, 2022. - EGP Support, DMR Control, Run MS Windows 10, 11 Enterprise, MS Office 365, - MS Azure Cloud (MDM), Oracle ERP, HCM Cloud, CRM Cloud, NG Portal, SalesForce, AVAYA IP Phone Configuration Series (1608i/9611G), GlobalProtect - Palo Alto Networks (VPN), for users. - Report to IT Security Section Head (Egypt).
