Chief AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Reviewing the design of the chart of account and add the accounting adjustments. • Supervises and participates in the preparation of financial statements and reports. • Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting and working closely with the operations in analyzing margins, variances and cost analysis • Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations and journal entries • Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role e.g. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting etc. • Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. • Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries. • Review & audit salesmen Commission. • Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up • Analysis the monthly expenses by cost centers & elements Level. • Generate financial reports and statements to CFO for review • Support CFO in ensuring that intercompany cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy • Review and recommend changes to existing accounting procedures • Manages the deployment and maintenance of new accounting, timekeeping, payroll, inventory, property, and other related procedures and controls.

Senior AccountantFull Time

• Job Details:• Preparing bank reconciliation, cash analyzes • Payable Accounts Issue the payments to suppliers. • Preparing the vendors accruals entries by recording the vendors invoices (comparing the vendor’s Invoices against WH receiving’s) • Receiving the cash from the sales. rep and ending the sales round and doing the accounting transaction • Review the returned vouchers from WH and create the returns entry on vendors. • Reviewing the cash movement transactions and preparing cash vouchers. • Reviewing the cheque movements and preparing adjusting. • Review & audit salesmen Commission. • Ensure that Physical counts are done in compliance with the company policy and procedures of the company reviewing book balance with Physical count • Analysis the monthly expenses by cost centers & elements Level. • Analysis and Monitoring of workshop accounts • Doing the cash deposit for all the branches • Delivery of checks to suppliers • Assisting and supporting any issues.
