• Job Details:The project aimed to analyze the current SKD production system of the factory and provide recommendations to enhance productivity, quality, space utilization, ergonomics, and equipment usage by shifting to the CKD methodology. The outcomes achieved include identifying issues in the current system, proposing a new optimized CKD production layout, redesigning assembly line and quality stations, estimating productivity increase, and recommending practical improvement strategies.
