• Job Details:• Study the project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence…etc. to take into consideration all the project details during execution. • Producing shop drawings & as-built drawings for all mechanical activities (HVAC, Fire Fighting & Plumbing) • Follow-up and review the shop drawings throughout the whole project and the as-built drawings before project closure to resolve any conflict. • Conduct estimated quantity survey to determine the quantity of material that need to be purchased or procured. • Appropriate mechanical code knowledge • Follow-up with the subcontractors all issues related to engineering. • Prepare and follow up the Variation Orders and prepare Notice to Claim in cooperation with the contracts team. • Check site conditions for suitability before construction. • Prepare periodical reports such as Quantity Executed Invoices and send them to the concerned departments in the headquarters. • Check that material delivered are approved and properly stored. • Follow up the material submittals and communicate with the consultant to obtain the approval. • Investigate technical problems in the site and select the most appropriate solution according to the cost and time. • Provide the Technical Office Engineers with the needed support and guidance to carry out their responsibilities. • Reporting of monthly productivity. • Strong analytic capabilities and the ability to work independently.

Technical Mechanical Office EngineerFull Time
