• Job Details:• Gathering all the data for issuing the upcoming year budget and consolidate the data into the budget by all the levels of the details to prepare a customization budget that can be read by business unit, Market , Region , Sales session Or SKU. • Prepare the monthly SKU’s direct cost consider the raw materials cost fluctuate for the produced SKU’s and for the landed cost for imported SKU’s. • The wastage analysis report issuing and coordinate the actions that have taken to reduce the wastage. • Allocate the operating cost to the SKU’s according the cost drivers ”ABC Costing”. • The what if scenarios for taking the non-routine decisions. • Issuing the price structure Model for each sales season based on the suitable margin for each session. • Monitoring the stock movement for the Raw and Packaging Materials. • Evaluate the monthly work in process stock. • Prepare the profit and loss sheet for each business unit and each sales session totally and per SKU. • Package of monthly reports for coordinate the spending per business units and concerned persons. • The Causal analysis report that reflect the Cost, Price, Volume and Mix variance

• Job Details:* Receiving the hiring documents from the accepted candidates. * Follow up with the branches if the candidate receives the work or not. * Entering the new Employees data in our database. * Investigating in the resigned employees data who want to come back to work and indicate whether they meet the company’s procedures or not. * Responsible for the transferring movements among the branches * Exit the resigned employees from our system * Revising the man power of the company. * Updating all the employees’ data in our system periodically. * Revising all the employees hiring documents and make a report who didn’t finish them. * Writing all the contracts and register them. * Recruitment * Attendance management * Compensation and benefits * Employee Retention * Performance management * Reward and recognition * Succession planning. * Employee orientation.
