• Job Details:• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. • Incident Management within information systems, raise Tickets to different internal Groups to resolve recurrent problems. • Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues. • Recommend and implement complete Technical Support solutions with SLA. • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. • Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals (e.g., software developers). • Network Installation, monitoring & Troubleshooting for (LAN & WAN) wire & wireless. • System and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults. • Responsibilities included planning, managing and implementing the Corporate IT strategy within this area, budgetary control, Backup, Security, Multimedia services, Telecom system and Facilities including procedural documentation.
