Responsible for handling and finalizing any salaries tax audit from the tax authorities, usually done annually due to the high business volume. 12. Responsible for the budget forecasting for all departments in relation to the manpower forecast needed by all departments. 13. Monitor the payroll department budget across the year and avoid any reasons for excess spending. 14. Responsible for a monthly reconciliation to the company bank accounts after each payroll cycle. 15. Follow up with finance department to make sure all taxes and social insurance dues are paid on a monthly basis in the correct legal due dates and in compliance with the regulatory laws. 16. Review and check Form 2 (increase or decrease in social insurance contribution) calculations provided by the social insurance department at the beginning of each year to make sure that figures applied to the payroll are correct. 17. Responsible for negotiating and introducing new benefits for the in-house staff like premium card for installments, dopay for payroll cards and now pay application for salary advance payments. 18. Responsible for reviewing and negotiating new agreements with new clients and new suppliers in terms of rates and payment terms.
