Position: Engineering and Developments DirectorFull Time

• Job Details:1- Ensure that the client's needs are met and the project is progressing in the right direction, work closely with the project team to implement the client's strategy and represent their interests, 2- Communicate details about the desired project direction from the client's perspective. Another important aspect of managing weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at the site to identify constraints and recommend corrective measures. You also need to monitor progress against the accepted construction schedule and review the Contractor's progress reports, and delays, assess the progress, and inform the client. 3- Assigning Main and Subcontractors. 4- Evaluate the work to make sure everything is going smoothly,inspect regularly for problems, and solve ways to fix the issues that come up. 5- Write reports to the Top Management, solve contractual issues, and assess the Claims. 6- Ensure that the projects adhere to all government, industry and environmental standards and guidelines. If special permits or records need to be obtained, ensure the paperwork is recorded and stored properly.

Project ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Actively participate in all pre-construction meetings, site visits, evaluates existing conditions with respect to contract requirements, and prepare comprehensive reports on job related meetings. Attend weekly, monthly, and other progress meetings held at site to identify constraints and recommend corrective measures. Monitoring the performance of subcontractors. Follow up all projects schedule. Resolving any unexpected issues/difficulties and other problems that may arise. Discuss deviations from project contract Evaluating work throughout construction: make sure everything is going smoothly throughout the building process, including ensuring project specifications and deadlines are being met, inspecting regularly for problems, and solving ways to fix the issues that come up. Sewage, water, and all MEP Networks within the cluster irrigation project network within the cluster drinking water and sanitation projects water systems and sanitation within the cluster.

Chief Resident EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for overall general management of the project; Liaison with Client, Contractors and other stakeholders. Responsible for ensuring that all reports and other outputs are delivered to the Client according to the agreed time schedule. Sets up the supervision organization and manages the whole team. Deals with Client, contractors, for successful delivery of the Project. Sets up QA and QC procedures for to ensure the quality of supervision works. Leads the project operational requirements. Responsible for project supervision and decision making performance. On time and on budget completion and focus on all project phases
