Budgeting for 30 special projects including AJWT-Technical Fit Out, Teleport and Main Arabic channel studio, allocating upwards of $500 million in funds for total projects, In addition to $300 Million budget for technology.  Accurate performance Analysis Reports, save cost and projects delay prevention by carefully controlling and monitoring projects and Technology budget based on Projects Division business plan.  Reduce unauthorized spending and wrong cost allocation by controlling material and equipment requests.  Asset capitalization after project’s completion by classification of cost based on FAC & Bill of Quantity.  Pinpoint trends and inform ongoing decision-making in preparing Budget and Cost Control data for reports to ED Projects as well as preparing comments on Project actual costs in quarterly reporting.  Synthesize high volumes of data and generate a range of reports easily understood by different audiences including forecasts, costs, progress, and more.  Robust professional relationships with internal and external stakeholder
