Consumers and Companies need to be customers in electrical network as Energy customers or direct connections. Reinvestment projects HV and LV, Reinvestment by changing all old HV and LV cabels, upgrading and updating transform stations, changing cable distribution cabinets and distribution lines. 2/10 New Investments Projects, New Investments in High Voltage and Low voltage cables, cable distribution cabinets, switch gears medium voltage, Transformer stations. Operation and maintenance O&M project, Electrical Projects combination of general maintenance, management, training, budgeting, and business processes that are used collectively for the proper functioning of a facility. The CAD-Specialist's role is to support customers and information coordinators regarding the management of technical property information. The work also includes ensuring that customers comply with the requirements that Swedavia imposes on the property information. The position is located within Commercial & Real Estate, Real Estate Development, Unit for Real Estate Information and Group Management Assistance. Actively Support Customers and Information Coordinators as well as being expert support regarding matters in the discipline. This ensures that the customer is able to help with issues such as deliveries, redemptions, and formalization of technical property information. For programs, projects or major assignments, this should be done in consultation with information coordinators. Inform customers about the requirements that Swedavia imposes on technical property information. This applies, for example, to software, CAD models, drawings, object lists, documents, and information security. Ensure that customers comply with the requirements that Swedavia provides for documentation of property information. If the requirements are not followed, CAD Specialist will report this to the customer and ensure that action is taken. If the information coordinator has provided the duties, he or she must be informed, otherwise the nearest supervisor will be informed. Actively attend weekly meetings with employees in the discipline. At these meetings, the status of the cases shall be followed up. Actively contribute to Swedavia building up and maintaining good status on its technical property information. Actively contribute to developing, improving and following processes, as well as governing and supporting documents. Actively contribute to continuously informing customers and potential customers about the entity's mission.
