• Job Details:• Applied project Management skills from project initiation throughout planning, execution, monitoring and controlling till the closing and handing over to end user and Maintenance responsible. • Established a wide network of relationships with major consultants, contractors and suppliers. • Monitored and controlled material purchasing process from major equipment i.e. chillers, pumps, AHUs…Etc. to minor material such as rods, supports, angles…etc. • Created and managed teams of skilled technicians, foremen and labors from diverse backgrounds. • Handled procurement. • Achieved a hands on experience to all installation processes of all kinds of HVAC systems i. Equipment installations ii. Piping layout (chilled water or copper pipes) iii. Ductwork networks ( GI or pre-insulated) iv. Electrical works in connection v. Balancing , testing and startup of the system vi. Ventilation and pressurization system • Provided solutions for coordination and design problems with other trades. • Acquired a wide experience in most popular HVAC equipments such as Carrier, Daikin, and Mitsubishi and Trane products. • Applied company’s policy in using latest technologies in installations, most environmentally friendly materials to achieve most efficient system for end user not neglecting its environmental impact. • Studied Operation & Maintenance Manuals of all Daikin A/C units from unitary split units to VRV systems. • Managed and assessed a team of professional maintenance technicians and foreman • maintenance projects following the below steps: i. Using the operating and maintenance manuals from all manufacturers to provide a concrete blueprint for the steps required to maintain all the HVAC system equipments such as Chillers ,AHUs, pumps, FCUs …etc ii. Study the status of the existing HVAC system and create accordingly a tailored preventive and protective maintenance program. iii. Secured maintenance contracts for 12 million QAR iv. Input all the maintenance tasks needed to be done monthly, quarterly, annually into maintenance management system along with all the documentation that goes with it to make sure its accessible to other team members to increase efficiency of operations and improve responding to arising problems before they reach crisis. v. Perform a life cycle cost analysis to all the equipments to find out which will be more feasible replacing it or repairing it. vi. Presented maintenance proposals to in house projects, maintenance tenders and walk in customers vii. Prepared material requisitions and maintained stock position such that all essential equipments and materials are available when needed viii. Ensuring that the Mechanical systems under Technical facilities scope are being maintained up to the contractual specifications, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and industries' best practices.
