Project Coordinator and Social Media Specialist Full Time

• Job Details:My main job was overseeing the day-to-day running of projects, by assisting and supporting developers and designers to deliver tasks on time. I have also served as a point of contact with the company’s clients throughout all projects stages. I have worked on 65 projects during my time at the company. We have dealt with different sizes and different sectors of businesses that were both local and international. My duties included: - Interacting with the clients to cover projects requirements, and make follow-ups on the progress and changes.  - Showcase the proposed designs to the client to choose one for the execution phase. - Organize and revise the accuracy of the content for the implementation phase.  - Assigning projects to the teams, track project progress, ensure projects remain on schedule and report regularly to the management level.  - Assist with project closure and fully testing the backend and frontend of the website (including cross-browser testing) for a consistent and free of error website. - Launching the website by uploading it to the server. - Giving the client tutorials on operating the administration section of dynamic websites.  - Keeping the project master files complete and organized. - Duties also included web development tasks such as: - Creating dynamic web forms. - Creating dynamic news sections. - Editing and embedding flash intros and videos into the website. - Setting up the website database. - Creating / setting up administration sections. - Setting up galleries. - Integrating CMS generic templates and customizing them to fit the company’s quality and client preferences. I have also worked as a side job in managing social media marketing campaigns for brands operating in different sectors. My area of work was to implement social media strategies, build and manage social media platforms, create content to communicate brand messaging and awareness, and monitor user activities. My duties included:  - Studying the plan and nature of the digital media campaign.  - Building the platforms that will be used in the campaign with the received data. - Customizing apps and adding them to the Facebook page tabs section to enhance user experience. - Embedding social media widgets to the website. - Develop and manage day-to-day content by: creating, editing, scheduling, and posting it. - Monitoring the platforms on a daily basis to promptly reply to user posts and filter spam. - Regularly analyzing the page performance using analytics tools. - Providing the client with a tutorial on the platform management after completion. - Studying new techniques for digital marketing and constantly researching the changes in the platforms.
