• Job Details: Oversee the operations of corporate IT department.  Manage staffs that upgrade and maintain company’s computer systems, including databases, mainframe systems, data communication networks and software programs.  Manage a team of administrators and installers when installing and implementing new systems.  Hire, train and evaluate IT staff, assign tasks and arrange project schedules.  Perform assessments on company systems to ensure proper operations and to identify any issues that need to be addressed.  Run IT departments and report to Chief Technical Officer (CTO).  Install and Maintain Computer Systems.  Upgrade Existing Technology.  Ensure Data Recovery.  Manage IT Staff and Operations.  Hire, train, and develop a team of IT professionals.  Interact with management and staff to provide technical assistance for continuous improvement of IT solutions.  Establish and maintain a positive, productive relationship with operational partners and staff.  Lead infrastructure builds in new facilities.  Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise the day-to-day technical support activities, including troubleshooting, customer service issues, approvals, and installations.  Measure, monitor, and maintain team’s ability to meet or exceed contact and resolution Service Level Agreements (SLA).  Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and processes.  Oversee management of equipment and parts inventory.

Senior System AdministratorFull Time

• Job Details:Responsible for the technical design, planning, implementation, and the highest level of performance tuning and recovery procedures for mission critical enterprise systems. Serves as a technical expert in the area of system administration for complex operating systems. Recommends the redesign and configuration of operating systems and system applications. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides project leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the customers of the department. Performs full supervision of Operations staff.
