Well experienced in handling U.A.E & GCC country’s imports, exports, logistics, freight forwarding operation & documentation formalities. Ability to handle multiple functions and activities.

Customer Service Agent Full Time

• Job Details:Key Responsibilities as Exhibition Department Thorough knowledge of all aspects of exhibition cargo handling and marshaling yard operations. Responsible for planning, directing, controlling and handling all exhibition cargo site operations and import shipments. Handling on-site operations of various official events being held at prestigious venues like Dubai World Trade Centre, Airport Expo Centre, Abu Dhabi Exhibition Centre, Expo Centre Sharjah and Hotels. Handling export by Air, Sea freight after the show and coordinate with airline, shipping companies, other 3PL and transport companies. Freight management based on requirements of exhibitor after the show to store the cargo for further event or re-export to origin or arranging the shipment to different destination/storage in a desired destination. Prepare the POD (Proof of Delivery) prior deliver the shipment to exhibitor and prior to get the disposal from exhibitor before collecting the shipment after show. Prepare the customs documentation for paying duty amounts (Full Duty & Part Duty) and refunds.
