• Job Details:• Monitor and audit the quality of all manufactured goods • Assuring the correct way of production steps and will ensure the products are of desired quality. • Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. • Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.

• Job Details:Project Brief: In service, Visual inspection of piping systems: Work Under supervision of the Piping inspector as Piping examiner and responsible for- 1. External inspection methods such as: • Condition of insulation system. • Painting and coating system condition. • Piping support condition. • Wall thickness measurement survey to determine internal condition and remaining thickness of piping components using ultra sonic (UT) and radiographic testing (RT) to give clear view on thickness reduction trends, corrosion rates and remaining life. • Non-Destructive testing such as RT, UT, MT, PT and hardness test. 2. Inspection of specific areas in piping system such as: • Injection points. • Small bore piping that is primary process piping. • Auxiliary small bore piping. • Dead legs 3. Document control such as: • Review the old history of pipes and detect the old points. • Prepare drawing of lines and P&ID. • Making tracing to lines according to Isometrics and P&ID
