• Job Details:• Managing planting, fertilizers, pesticides, and harvesting, of crops and trees of our company sectors (Palm Dates, Potato, Sweet potato, Citrus, Mango, Grapes, Ornamental plants, Pineapples) • Manage all operations in the ornamental nursery which include preparation of nursery beds, soil management, planting procedures, control of seedling density, use of fertilizers, irrigation, and pest control. • Monitor and control the IPM programs, which match with agricultural regulations and standards • Minimize work costs through effective utilization of fertilizers, pesticides, equipment, and facilities while maintaining quality & safety standards. • Providing technical consultancy services to the workers and managers in all sectors. • Motivate employees and promote a teamwork environment on all farms. • Provide regular reports regarding all farm operations and progress.

• Job Details:• In cooperation with the ARC and short-term experts, parts of the studies during the Analysis- /Implement orientation phase • Assist team leadership with data collection, data analysis, and recommendation development. • Support the project team in networking with relevant stakeholders • Participate in the organization of seminars, round tables, workshops, and study tours. • Organize and implement train-the-trainer courses
