• Job Details:A key contributor in implementing the HSE program on site and head office through:  Implementing the control of work system.(Cow).  Carrying out daily permit meetings and monthly HSE meetings to all departments.  Carrying out tool box talks, safety inductions and safety stand-downs.  Performing detailed audits, developing reports and providing corrective measures.  Conducting Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and providing risk mitigation plans.  Evaluating site team HSE performance against KPIs, identifying improvement opportunities and tracking actions to closure.  Aligning with regulatory compliance laws.  Acting as a member of HSE tender evaluation team.  Identifying intervention requirements to ensure safe operations.  Acting as a member of initial incident notification team reporting to project leadership.  Leading incident investigations, identifying root and immediate causes, developing recommendations and ensuring lessons learned are identified and preventive measures are determined.  Acting on-scene commander for onsite emergencies and developing post emergency reports.  Providing technical HSE assistance in the Management of change process (MOC).  Carrying out offshore on deck HSE inspection for cargo shipments.  Carrying out LOTO Procedures for various maintenance activity.  Developing procedures to ensure compliance with the company requirements.  Assisting with shutdowns, confined space entries, and other high priority jobs.  Maintaining HSE related documentation and records.  Monitoring PPE Supplies and order as needed.  Developing inter-active video training sessions to explain the fire fighting systems for the site team.  Leading the process safety management system.  Providing training programs for the company team on site and at the head office.  Implementing the ISO 45001:2018 - OH&S “Occupational Health and Safety Management System".  Developing a waste management program for proper disposal of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes.  Emissions monitoring and providing annual reports.  Liaising with external auditors and managing on site audits.  Contractor Management.
