Senior Manager – Accounting / Budget & Reporting/ ERP - Deputy CFOFull Time

• Job Details:• Lead monthly and quarterly closing process, cost accounts re-allocations, revenue recognition accounting as per customer’s contracts and projects accounting. • Review accounting records for accuracy as per IFRS and internal financial policies and procedures. • Prepare financial statements separate & consolidated quarterly. • Participate in building the budget and control expenditures. • Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate their job, quarterly. • Preparation of monthly/quarterly management reports. • Coordinate to enhance data to ensure reporting accuracy. • Coordinate with tax authorities the tax examination. • Preparation of tax authorities’ reports. • Review banks reconciliations. • Review ledger & sub ledgers reconciliations. • Review affiliate company reconciliation. • Interact with the C- levels and board committees. • Participate in development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. • Participate in development and implementation of new organization structure. • Participate in development and implementation of approval authorization matrix. • Project owner for new ERP system acquisition: vendor’s presales activities, scoping, proof of concept design, scoring, awarding. • Design & support all other company processes on ERP or stand-alone applications as: - Re - implement Sage ERP with new chart of accounts structuring, business processes reengineering with change management. - PR system to facilitate work flow and control through applying the 4 way matching. - Contract management system from RFP and tendering till PO to control amendments, renewals, payments and certificates. - Administration system to facilitate work flow and control expenditures.

SAP Presales Manager – Projects Manager – FICO Senior ConsultantFull Time

• Job Details:• Presales activates in Egypt, Libya and Sudan. • Develop sales packages and messages (white papers) to communicate with prospect customers professionally. • Communicate technical and business information to widely variant audiences through presales demos, steering committees meetings, projects kick-off meetings and trainings. • Analysis business processes and business problems. • Identify gaps and communicate to our teams. • Prepare prototype demos and blue prints. • Develop presales materials. • Deliver projects and solving pending issues. • Deliver two full implementation cycles as FI/CO consultant and project manager. • Close four big deals in Egypt and one in Libya with sales team. • Participate in one of the biggest SAP deals in Middle East due to SAP recommendation.
