• Job Details:Main Responsibilities • Responsible for achieving 100 % of the production plan allocated for each line while following predetermined Quality and Safety standards. • Allocates day-to-day manpower on different production line functions and solves rising attendance issues. • Reviews and monitors production reports and prepares productivity analysis accordingly (including downtime and efficiency analysis). • Directs production process per line and prepares production schedules. • Coordinates with the Maintenance department on implementing maintenance schedules so as not to disrupt production targets. • Recommends preventive maintenance initiatives to the maintenance team based on machinery performance supervision. • Responsible for the implementation of the changeover process by the production plan. • Monitoring waste rates, and production scrap analyzing root causes, and suggesting means to reduce waste. • Perform periodic inventory checks to control waste and material usage variances.

Production EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Main Responsibilites • Operate the Scada Panel to achieve optimum process performance. • Handle the operation and maintenance of 650 TPD oil seed Crushing and extraction plant. • Change the Process operation to meet production plans and optimum product specifications. • Diagnose and correct problems affecting process condition. • Ensure compliance with company quality management policies. • Follow up the Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Pre-Start Up and Start Up of Crown Kumar extraction plant producing 650 TPD of degummed soybean oil.

R&D Chemical EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Main Responsibilites • Conducted all the quality tests as per SOP inside the laboratory. • Documented of all lab activities and submitting regular reports. • Made lab trials/ processing. Finding out new raw materials (New vendor development). • Troubleshot in production issues and process. • Gathered data and prepared reports • Identified and suggested possible improvements on procedures. • Prepared purchase orders, track procurement and payments and deliver payments. • Prepared Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for sanitary appliances-Baths made form crosslinked cast acrylic sheets- Requirements and test methods according to EN 198/ 2008. • Succeeded in obtaining the company's quality mark to become the first Egyptian company to obtain the quality mark for bathtubs from the Egyptian Standards and Quality Authority
