PLANNING ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:• Manpower Planning - Projection for White Collar Staff, Foremen & Erectors from Taking Over to Handing Over of the Project. • Program - Preparation of Master Construction Program(MCP) along with Resources in MS Project • Drawings - Preparation of Drawing schedule for Architectural, MEP, Structural, Precast (Shop Drawings) and BIM. • Production & Delivery - Preparation of Production and Delivery Schedule based on Execution/Erection schedule. • Logistics - Coordinating with the Logistics team for delivery of produced elements and check the same with Element ID. • Billing Projection - Preparation of month wise Billing Projection for the project. • Coordinating with the Procurement team to close the site material and machineries requirement. • Preparation of Profit/Loss statement along with Techno commercial team. • Reports and Documents - Preparation of DLR, DPR & Monthly Progress Reports. • Daily tracking on No. of Elements erected per day. • Conducting daily review meeting with Project team to keep the project in baseline. • Conducting Review meetings with all the supporting departments for smooth ongoing of project. • Conducting Weekly review meeting with client and circulating the minutes of the meeting to personnel.

• Job Details:• Material and Manpower planning for daily activities. • Taking care of all the purchase related activities for construction materials and mini power tool machines. • Working out the cash inflow and outflow weekly, to ensure the balanced progress of the project. • Checking and certification of bills. • Preparation of Daily Labor Report and Daily Progress Report. • Co-ordination with other departments. • Client co-ordination.

SENIOR PLANNING ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details:• Resource Planning - Planning for materials, making purchase requisition for materials and work order requisition. • Scheduling & Tracking - Preparation of Time Schedule, Tracking of Project with respect to time, timely reporting in case of delay. • Rolling Plan projection for P&M machineries and Co-ordination with the Supporting Departments. • Reports and Documents – Preparation of DLR Reports, Monthly Execution Statement along with Targeted Quantity Vs Achieved Quantity. • Drawings – Co-ordinate with design team to get the updated drawings ontime and Incharge for all the drawings issued to site. • Preparation of Monthly Material budget, Cash Outflow projection & Monthly tracking of Cost spent against estimated cost. • Analysing the Manpower Productivity and make a report and conduct weekly meetings for smooth ongoing of project. • Conducting daily review meeting with Project team to keep the project on track & provide target for every engineer. • Conducting monthly review meeting with Pluming design, Electrical design, Fire Design, Environmental Design, Structural and Architectural departments.
