• Job Details:•Working with User-ops and Policy Team for further improvements of Safety Policies •Manage and Facilitate internal calibration sessions with Agents and QA and Teachers to align with fresh new Safety Policies &/or any changes occuring in Workflows or Safety Policies •Monitor closely Agents and QA with their progress aligned with new Safety Policies and Workflows and investigate root cause for decrease of productivity & errors •Working closely with global vendors to ensure alignment of new policies and collect any concerns for further investigation and resolution •Implementing new methods to increase performance and productivity for Agents,QA and TeamLead

Safety Policy Expert & Project Management - Incubation TeamFull Time

• Job Details:•Working closely with User-ops and Policy Team •Leading problem resolution including ownership of root cause investigations and safety •Identifying gaps in safety policies and providing recommendations and insights •Creating and improving safety policies for social network platform •Clarifying/improving training materials and workflows for Agents and QA •Global investigation of Safety Policies and their effectiveness regarding regions
