• Job Details:Follow up with clients and professionally present the company's services. Achieve set sales targets by attracting new clients and maintaining existing ones. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely service delivery. Prepare quotations and negotiate with clients to reach the best solutions. Managing order processes for both export and domestic business, including transport planning and legal documentation until goods are delivered to the final destination. Coordination with warehouse departments for shipment details. Monitoring and tracking consignments, ensuring no delays at transshipment points and that containers are deployed as per the dispatch plan. Updating customers regularly on their orders, providing information on etd, eta, loading dates, and shipment statuses. Supporting export shipment operations by planning and scheduling deliveries, while ensuring all shipping documents comply with international regulations. Handling customer relationships, managing local and export inquiries, and resolving customer issues efficiently. Coordinating between customer service, production planning, and sales & operational planning to ensure smooth order management and customer satisfaction. Submitting all necessary documentation for import and exports, including letters of credit, certificates of origin, and compliance with international trade regulations.
