Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs. Managing the maintenance of office/manufacturing equipment and machinery. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes. Training new employees in the purchasing process and how to use the purchasing system.

• Job Details:Researching and identifying prospective suppliers. Maintaining strong supplier relations. Evaluating products and suppliers according to key business criteria. Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions. Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements. Following the backlog orders with al suppliers. Following and issuing the needed documents with the logistics Dept. Opening LCs and make, the transfer requests sent to finance dept. to make the due payment on time. Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns. Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings. Analyzing industry and demand trends and supporting senior management with the development and implementation of sourcing strategies. Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records. Complying with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
