Quality Control

• Job Details:Complete prescribed start-up checks to ensure lines and equipment are ready for data-focused project-oriented production activities. Accomplish daily verification of critical quality points (CQP) and critical control points (CCP) to maintain stringent quality and safety standards. Fulfill compliance and documentation - including CAPA, ISO standards and collaboration with QA to maintain rigorous quality protocols. Proactively learn and apply strategic HACCP plans and prerequisite programs and partner to enforce compliance. Perform microbiological sampling when necessary, using aseptic sample collection techniques. Perform audits of products including batch controls, component weights, finished weights, OOT/OOS and organoleptic evaluations along with various other checks, and collect samples of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products as required. Participate in external audits (regulatory, 3rd party & customer). Lead internal audits on quality and food safety programs as per internal audit plan. Follow up on any necessary corrective action items associated with nonconformances. Assist with result-oriented employee food safety and TQA training.

Production Technologist

• Job Details:Asserted and perfected detailed yet precise SOPs related to GMP & GLP manufacturing processes, as well as pre- and post-processing. Implement tactful QMS of the deadline-oriented production process. Prepare methodical samples and solutions for chemical analysis in a timely and efficient manner. Consistent performer in maintenance and calibration of analytical equipment. Actively promote transformational development, implementation, and validation of new analytical methods as well as RCA (root cause analysis). Timely reviewed incoming materials, in-process batch records (BMR/BPR), and client-focused sampling. Conduct quality verification, periodic monitoring of production quality control points, and CQA for effectiveness, inspection, and in-process controls of product and finished goods, including maintenance of product test and retention samples. Skilled sanitation verification and proficient allergen testing on equipment and other areas required. Prioritizing investigation of KPI reports and production data to recognize patterns and document findings and responses; prescribe updates or changes to quality standards/benchmarks and procedures when necessary. Plan, implement, and oversee the compliance of manufacturing and production processes with internal and external safety, quality, and administrative standards/requirements for dissemination. Expertise in operating, maintaining, and controlling machines for ethanol extraction, winterization, and rotary evaporators for use in the manufacturing of plant-based materials.
