• Job Details:Developing and training new leaders and Managers · Drawing the guidelines for every month’s goal · Conducting weekly and monthly meetings with managers and staff members · Responsible for multi-unit  labor  percentage as well as food coast · Attending the Corporate Office meetings for new  management classes · In-charge of  P&L for Multi-Unit system    · Driving Sales up using the correct strategies  / power pointing presentation   · Following up on training and coaching progress for the entire area · Identifying potential bottlenecks and work a plan to prevent it.
