    • Job Details:1- Budget Revision and remapping with the Donor for better budget management and to insert the new innovative solution, visibility and communication plans with the current needs assessment, in line with the project objectives (improving, milk quality and quantity from 19 tons per day reaching 30 tons average supply per day (the target was 27Tons per day, and should have been reached by December 2021, yet it was surpassed in June 2021), which allowed us to raise the curve and exceed the target challenging to reach 35 tons per day by end of 2021. 2- Income increase for beneficiaries due to more milk production and milk selling. 3- Developed beneficiary counting tool to monitor and track the outputs from each outcome, on a monthly basis. 4- Focusing on the added value for the farmers and increased the size vaccination campaigns to increase outreached farmers from 1300 to 1800 farmers, and their cows from 4100 to 5400. 5- Government relationship management :Programmatic Framework agreement achieved with "Animal Reproduction Research Institute“ and as a result, this encouraged the governmental institute to contribute to the project with 380 Cow semen (Brown, Simmental and Holstein) to be used for the artificial insemination activity, to improve the local breed, featuring new generation of cows, with new milk productivity. 6- Beneficiaries relationship management: Cow better drinking solution, with a water trough model. (60% implemented so far and %40 to be done in July) *this number will be over achieved, as some farmers are willing to pay for the water troughs connection after they saw the results. 7- Suppliers relationship management: Cow feeding campaign through creating a network and link the farmers with the fodder traders for constant supply (50% discount was gained from fodder traders for the benefit of the project beneficiaries ). 8- Renovation assessment for 6 Milk collection centers.(execution is currently performed ) 9- Due to the project success and exceeding targets, Upgrading the MCCs capacity with extra 7 Tons to absorb the increase in milk production quantity. 10- COVID-19 response: (Kareem was the first project manager to response with his good relation with the donor and planned and granted the approval in March and executed on 1st of April to respond to the emergency. Another plan was developed and submitted on 9th June to cover the needs till Dec - 2020 and the additional funds granted by Danone on 12th June, he finalized all the procurement related procedure and we received the sample from the supplier on 25th June, the actual delivery of the whole package on 29th June. 11- Achieving 86% from the Co-funds target already : managing the Co-funds from LDS and EU . Successfully and efficiently lead the implementation of Alban Baladna project funded by Danone Ecosystem, executing all the activities to reach the optimum outcome and impact. In accordance with its strategic objective and contractual obligations. Smooth (effective and efficient) implementation of Alban Baladna (Danone) Contribute to the achievement of the program goal. Contribute to improving CARE’s internal workflow and process. - Plan, manage and closely monitor the implementation of all the projects in the program to ensure the quality of the implementation according to project plans.
