11. Recommend for the head of unit and discuss internal systems and processes for the smooth internal operation of field monitoring tasks;
12. Act as a focal point for field monitoring implementation activities
13. Communicate and liaise with units that request field monitoring support, consolidate and accommodate their requests into the monitoring plans for each field monitor.
